Broccoli Salad with Thermomix

This recipe is not Mexican, but it is very tasty, and best of all: very easy to make. Do you like the coleslaw? Well, it is very similar in taste. I like this recipe better. Who does not know that it is a coleslaw I’ll tell you: it’s the typical American salad served in hamburger shops or Foster Hollywood-type restaurants or at the KFC itself. The ingredients are raw. Make sure you wash it well! It is preferable to do it an hour in advance and put it in the fridge so that it sits for a while and is cooler. It is ideal for the summer, as a starter in your BBQ’s, or for those of you regime, or those who like to change flavors and do new things.
You can also accompany her with grilled turkey or chicken. Or – for the most greedy – with a good hamburger.

For 4 people as an accompaniment:
200gr of broccoli
200gr of cauliflower
2 Greek yogurts (if you don’t have, use normal)
2 teaspoons mustard
4 teaspoons of honey
Salt to taste

preparation:
one.- Put the broccoli and cauliflower in the thermomix. Make sure that the parts are not too big so that the machine can evenly grind the vegetables. Shreds 5 sec speed 6. If you like the finer grain, grind 2 more seconds. Take out and reserve in a bowl
two. Make the vinaigrette: Add the Greek yogurts, mustard, honey and salt. Bat 3 to 5 sec. Add the mixture to the vegetables. Wrap well with a spatula. Put in the fridge.

It will seem that the vinaigrette is little, but with the rest in the fridge, it becomes more liquid. In the photo you can appreciate a touch of honey, if you like it sweeter you already know how to serve it, for my taste, it is not necessary.
